Scope of Work
This beautiful back patio was not getting the recognition that it deserved because the tired glazing wall had a large post in the middle. Ryzer worked with an engineer to design and re-construct the back wall with a new structurally engineered steel beam to install a 30’ movable glazing wall (Lift and Slide). A few other windows were replaces and the waterproofing and architectural flashings along with new interior finishes were updated. The results were amazing.
Ryzer did a great job in the difficult glass reconstruction of the north wall of a custom home! Their construction, building envelope knowledge, and attention to detail in this rebuild was impressive!
