Scope of Work
Ryzer provided a turn-key service and executed the project management, supply, removal and disposal, waterproofing, and installation of over 700 windows and doors and exterior trim on this 22 unit town-house complex.
Each townhome was carefully upgraded with new painted black energy efficient vinyl windows, Vinyl windows. The waterproofing was also upgraded to exceed BC Building Code standards and adhere to NAFS field performance standards. Target rot-repair was also performed on various parts of the building that required restoration.
